Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients including portioning chopping and storing food
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh measure and mix ingredients
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
  • Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
  • Test foods to determine proper cooking
  • Monitor food quality during preparation
  • Set-up and break down work station
  • Serve food in proper portions
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area tools knives and equipment
  • Check temperature of appliances and food
  • Follow company and safety policies
  • Report maintenance needs accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Protect company assets
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain positive work relationships
  • Support team to reach goals
  • Adhere to quality standards
  • Stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other duties as requested
