Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year of relevant cooking or kitchen experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized recipes
  • capability to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Job Duties

  • preparing proteins, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, flattops, steam wells, and various other kitchen equipment with an emphasis on quality, consistent presentation and timeliness
  • ensuring your station is a clean and safe area by following cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • communicating effectively to maintain a positive work environment in the kitchen
  • prepping, stocking and organizing your work station according to proper procedure and time constraints
  • adhering to standardized recipes
  • filling orders accurately and promptly to reduce ticket times
