Job Requirements
- Must be eligible for base access at Warner Robins AFB
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of grill cooking experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Clear background check for security clearance

- 1+ year of grill or short-order cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety, and proper temperature control

- Must pass background screening for access to Warner Robins AFB
Job Duties
- Prepare, season, and cook grilled menu items including meats, poultry, vegetables, and breakfast items
- Operate and maintain grills, flat tops, broilers, and other cooking equipment
- Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines
- Ensure food is cooked to proper internal temperatures and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill station and cooking utensils
- Assist with restocking, prep work, and food rotation as needed
- Comply with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal service during peak times
- Provide courteous and professional service to all personnel
