Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of related experience beneficial
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as per regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
