Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work morning shifts on weekdays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina for prolonged standing and kitchen tasks
Must comply with food safety regulations and company policies

Job Duties

Work independently performing moderately difficult tasks in preparing small quantities of quickly prepared food such as steaks, chops, cutlets, hamburgers, eggs, salads, and other similar items
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Reduce food waste through responsible preparation and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent quality and customer satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
