Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Physical ability to bend, reach overhead, and operate cooking tools safely
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or grill station
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple roles within the restaurant
- Basic food preparation and cooking skills
Job Duties
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Follow recipes meticulously to maintain flavor and presentation consistency
- Keep cook stations stocked, organized, and clean
- Remain active throughout your shift, serving up unforgettable meals
- Assist with deliveries and any other assigned tasks
- Utilize your ability to cross-train across various restaurant roles for rapid growth
- Stand and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
