Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a grill chef or line cook role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook grilled food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain and operate grill equipment ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Clean and organize workstations and equipment regularly
