Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in grill or line cook position preferred
familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong physical stamina to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
excellent communication skills
ability to follow recipes and portion controls
