Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in grill or line cook position preferred
- familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong physical stamina to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and portion controls

Job Duties

- manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food preparation
- monitor food quality and consistency to meet restaurant standards
- manage time effectively to meet service demands and minimize wait times
- participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills
