  • proven ability to operate grill equipment in a high-volume environment
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • prior experience as a grill chef or line cook preferred

Job Duties

  • operate and maintain grill equipment to prepare food items
  • ensure all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
  • adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to manage order flow and timing
  • monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs
  • assist with training new grill staff as needed
