- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- good physical stamina for prolonged periods on feet

- Manage multiple orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Monitor grill temperatures and food stocks to optimize service
- Assist in training new kitchen team members
