Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a grill or line cook position preferred
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain grill equipment to prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times
  • Manage time effectively to meet high-volume orders during peak hours
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold quality and consistency of menu items
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff when necessary
  • Monitor food inventory levels and communicate needs to management
