Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a grill or line cook position preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to quality and consistency in food preparation

- Passion for cooking and culinary arts
- Proven ability to operate and maintain grill equipment in a high-volume setting

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain grill equipment ensuring proper cooking temperatures and times
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times following sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory and communicate needs for supplies or equipment maintenance
