- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- physical stamina to stand and walk for the duration of shifts

Job Duties
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- follow recipes accurately to ensure food quality and consistency
- adhere to all CAVA safety and sanitation procedures
- restock and organize cook stations effectively
- stand and/or walk for the duration of shifts
- be in constant motion to deliver outstanding meals to guests
- handle deliveries and perform additional assigned duties
- cross-train in different restaurant areas for accelerated growth
- lift up to 50 pounds and assist with various tasks
