Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Dexterity to handle cooking equipment safely
Comfortable working near open flames and varying temperature conditions
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Willingness to maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a grill chef or in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment
Effective communication skills
Willingness to engage in cross-training and continuous learning

Job Duties

Observe and follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
Prepare dishes according to recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
Keep cook stations organized and restocked
Stand and/or walk for the entire shift, delivering amazing meals to guests
Assist with putting away deliveries and performing additional duties as needed
Engage in cross-training opportunities across the restaurant for personal growth
May lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
