- professional appearance and presentation are required
- maintains a current Food Handler's License
- high school diploma, or equivalent to include home school certificate

Job Duties
- Prepares food items by grilling and frying methods
- prepares coffee and/or tea, wash and stack dishes, clean and scrub pots and pans
- sweep and mop floors in the kitchen or dining area
- portions arrange, garnish, and serve food to patrons
- operates large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fryers, or griddles
- works as a cashier when needed
- attends and satisfactorily completes all training assigned by the grill supervisor or manager
- performs prep duties for their shift and the following shift
- performs other duties as assigned
