Job Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- must have basic reading and writing skills
- must follow safe work practices
- responsible for reporting equipment repair and maintenance needs
- supports and participates in common teamwork
- good communication skills while working with customers
- must follow uniform dress code including personal hygiene
- slip-resistant shoes required

Job Duties
- Prepare food served using established production procedures and systems
- determine the amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
- ensure availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions in adequate time for preparation
- comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
- observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
- store food properly and safely, marking the date and item
- report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Grill Manager
- perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job
- clean up grill area
- perform other duties as assigned
