Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • must be a minimum of 17 years of age
  • must have basic reading and writing skills
  • must follow safe work practices
  • responsible for reporting equipment repair and maintenance needs
  • supports and participates in common teamwork
  • good communication skills while working with customers
  • must follow uniform dress code including personal hygiene
  • slip-resistant shoes required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food served using established production procedures and systems
  • determine the amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
  • ensure availability of supplies and food or approved substitutions in adequate time for preparation
  • comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
  • observe proper food preparation and handling techniques
  • store food properly and safely, marking the date and item
  • report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Grill Manager
  • perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job
  • clean up grill area
  • perform other duties as assigned
