Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
- ability to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
- ability to work on a computer for extended periods including screen viewing and keyboard use
- able to travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes
- able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to report to work responsive and free from sedatives
- willing to disclose any pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
- ability to handle natural and regular stressors of the job
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- valid driver's license
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- maintain a clean and organized grill area
- store and label food items properly
- monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform other duties to support restaurant operations
