Job Requirements

- Minimum six months of food service experience
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and provide additional coverage as needed
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work in a commercial food service environment
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and patient rights
Job Duties
- Cook and serve grilled entrée food items such as eggs, bacon, hamburgers, and made to order items
- Prepare food items according to department recipes and customer requests
- Greet customers politely and serve food with a courteous attitude
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work area including thorough cleaning and sanitization
- Handle cash and credit payments adhering to food safety standards
- Adhere to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
- Comply with regulatory agency standards including federal, state, and Joint Commission
- Complete required documentation, reports, and logs
- Follow facility and department infection-control policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
