Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- maintain a clean and organized grill area
- properly store and label food items
- monitor food inventory and notify management when low
- ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform any other duties as needed to assist restaurant operations
