Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid driver's license
- able to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop and kneel
- able to work outside in various weather conditions
- able to work on a computer for extended periods including using a mouse and keyboard
- able to drive or travel for business if required
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to report to work free from sedatives and in a non-sedative state
- able to disclose prescribed or over-the-counter medications that may impair ability to perform essential job functions
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- possess a valid driver's license
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- maintain a clean and organized grill area with proper storage and labeling
- monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- ensure all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling of raw meats
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform other duties as needed to support restaurant operations
