Job Requirements

- Minimum two years experience in the art of cooking, specifically grilling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as cutting and lifting
- Excellent time management skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Grill a variety of foods including beef, poultry, and fish according to customer specifications
- Fry sides, poultry, and fish dishes
- Maintain full control and cleanliness of the grill station
- Prepare products involving cutting, lifting, assembling, measuring, portioning, and restocking
- Practice and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with health and sanitation regulations
- Manage and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure fast, accurate service with positive guest relations and consistent product quality
