Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Grill a variety of foods including beef, poultry, and fish according to customer specifications
  • Fry sides, poultry, and fish dishes
  • Maintain full control and cleanliness of the grill station
  • Prepare products involving cutting, lifting, assembling, measuring, portioning, and restocking
  • Practice and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure fast, accurate service with positive guest relations and consistent product quality
