Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a grill cook or similar kitchen role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand and lift heavy items throughout shift
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of grill management including cooking times and temperatures
- Ability to memorize menu items and preparation methods quickly
- Physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 40 pounds
- Effective time management skills to ensure timely food preparation

Job Duties
- Cook on the grill to prepare meats and vegetables per menu specifications
- Plate food to ensure attractive presentation
- Prepare ingredients before and during shifts
- Clean the grill and surrounding areas regularly throughout shift and after hours
- Train new grill cooks on kitchen equipment and food safety standards
- Monitor meat temperature to ensure safe cooking
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain workflow
