Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- proficient with Microsoft Office and MAC computer systems preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and follow directions
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- ability to make sound decisions

- willingness to work additional hours when needed

Job Duties
- Meet, greet and welcome residents and prospects into the clubhouse
- offer refreshments
- assist residents and prospects at the counter or clubhouse reception area
- file documents in a timely manner
- enter and file maintenance service requests in the computer system
- manage email correspondence with online inquiries
- print online payments
- maintain a positive rapport with co-workers and residents
- answer incoming phone calls
- promote a positive relationship with residents and guests
- resupply water, coffee, handbags and pamphlets
- perform other related tasks as needed
- follow safe workplace rules and practices to prevent on-the-job injuries
- lock clubhouse and turn off lights in the evening
- notify security personnel regarding any disturbances
- perform general office duties
- maintain clean clubhouse appearance
- work additional hours as directed by executive director
- handle resident inquiries
- organize apartment showing schedule
- adhere to established regulations related to the Fair Housing Act
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
