Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • proficient with Microsoft Office and MAC computer systems preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and follow directions
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • ability to make sound decisions
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • strong professional communication skills
  • willingness to work additional hours when needed
  • good background check
  • ability to handle phone and computer operations
  • adherence to Fair Housing Act regulations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers

Job Duties

  • Meet, greet and welcome residents and prospects into the clubhouse
  • offer refreshments
  • assist residents and prospects at the counter or clubhouse reception area
  • file documents in a timely manner
  • enter and file maintenance service requests in the computer system
  • manage email correspondence with online inquiries
  • print online payments
  • maintain a positive rapport with co-workers and residents
  • answer incoming phone calls
  • promote a positive relationship with residents and guests
  • resupply water, coffee, handbags and pamphlets
  • perform other related tasks as needed
  • follow safe workplace rules and practices to prevent on-the-job injuries
  • lock clubhouse and turn off lights in the evening
  • notify security personnel regarding any disturbances
  • perform general office duties
  • maintain clean clubhouse appearance
  • work additional hours as directed by executive director
  • handle resident inquiries
  • organize apartment showing schedule
  • adhere to established regulations related to the Fair Housing Act
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
