Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the dealership
  • assist customers with initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments such as sales, service, or finance
  • verify and confirm customer appointments for vehicle sales, service, or maintenance
  • manage the flow of visitors in the dealership, ensuring they are promptly attended to and directed to the appropriate personnel or area
  • maintain a clean and organized waiting area for customers, ensuring refreshments, magazines, and other amenities are available and replenished as needed
  • handle phone calls and emails from customers, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
  • collect and document customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
  • ensure that all customer interactions comply with dealership policies and procedures
  • monitor the new and used car lot to manage traffic and ensure every guest is being assisted
  • document every customer visit as either a walk-in, be-back or appointment
  • serve as phone receptionist during each shift providing telephone coverage
  • be willing to work outside during all types of weather
  • maintain satisfactory attendance
  • perform other related duties as assigned
