Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Preference will be given to those candidates with a post high school degree
- Preference will be given to those candidates with a minimum of two years full-time, experience in a related hospitality setting or the equivalent education and related work experience
- Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees
- Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift
- Maintain proper grooming and dress code standards
- Ability to take directions and effectively perform the work
- Positive and customer service oriented attitude at all times

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas providing them with menus/specials
- Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs
- Answer all incoming calls taking reservations, messages and in-room dining orders and relaying information to appropriate staff
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed
- Be versed with all menus to be able to answer any questions guests may have
- Regular and consistent attendance at work
- Perform other related work duties as assigned
