Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- actively promoting programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup
- modeling brand standards for customer service by presenting a professional image adhering to dress code with appropriate apparel and footwear, name badge visible, and welcoming body language
- checks in all customers' merchandise for return
- checks in all vendor representatives, completing necessary visitor log information and controlling visitor badges
- remains aware of all special events in the store and informs customers of event details, sales, or promotions while providing promotional materials
- ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe for customers and outfitters
- assists facilitation of customer check-in of all firearms/weapons by notifying the appropriate trained and designated outfitter per company SOP without handling firearms
- performs all other duties as assigned
