Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- models brand standards for customer service by adhering to dress code with appropriate apparel and body language
- checks in all customers' merchandise for return
- checks in all vendor representatives, completing visitor log and controlling badges
- remains aware of special events and informs customers while providing promotional materials
- ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe
- assists with facilitation of customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated Outfitter
- performs other duties as assigned
