Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Models brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image with appropriate dress code and welcoming body language
- Checks in all customers' merchandise for return
- Checks in all vendor representatives, completes necessary visitor log and controls visitor badges
- Informs customers of store events, sales, or promotions and distributes promotional materials
- Ensures entryway and surrounding work area are clean, tidy, and safe
- Assists with customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated personnel per company procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
