Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to adapt to new procedures
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- availability to work nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications

- self-motivated with initiative to work unsupervised
Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner as they enter the store
- actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup
- model brand standards by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional image
- check in all customers’ merchandise for return
- manage vendor representatives’ check-in and visitor badges
- inform customers about special events, sales, and promotions, providing promotional materials
- maintain clean, tidy, and safe entryway and surrounding areas
- assist with customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated Outfitters, without handling firearms personally
- perform all other duties as assigned
