Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to regularly walk and stand
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature and outdoor conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to comply with company dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures
- Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised
Job Duties
- Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promote programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model the brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image with dress code and welcoming body language
- Check in all customers’ merchandise for return
- Check in all Vendor representatives and manage visitor log and badges
- Inform customers about store special events, sales, or promotions and distribute promotional materials
- Ensure the entryway and surrounding work area are clean, tidy, and safe
- Assist facilitation of customer check-in of firearms by notifying the appropriate Outfitter while not handling firearms directly
- Perform all other duties as assigned
