Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promotes programs including but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Models brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image according to dress code
- Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return
- Checks in all vendor representatives and controls visitor badges
- Remains aware of special events and informs customers
- Ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe
- Assists facilitation of customer check-in of all firearms/weapons by notifying designated Outfitter
- Performs all other duties as assigned
