Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Physical ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Models brand standards for customer service by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional image
- Checks in all customers' merchandise for return
- Checks in all vendor representatives and completes necessary visitor log information
- Informs customers about special events, sales, or promotions and provides promotional materials
- Ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe
- Assists with customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated Outfitter staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
