Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- No prior experience required
- Preferred 1 year experience as a customer service representative or similar role, preferably in healthcare
- Ability to greet and assist patients and visitors effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow hospital policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of healthcare environment preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors at strategic entrances to the hospital
- Providing direction and general information to patients and visitors
- Assisting in maintaining a safe and organized entrance area
- Managing visitor flow effectively to enhance patient experience
- Collaborating with hospital staff to facilitate communication and support
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Reporting any issues or concerns to appropriate personnel
