Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is optional but preferred
- Ability to maintain a friendly and inviting demeanor
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Age of at least 18 years or older to comply with state alcohol service laws
Job Duties
- Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist effectively
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
- Prepare for leagues and organized events
- Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- Promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
- Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- Operate the POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
