Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience optional
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment
- Prepare for leagues
- Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- Notify mechanics promptly of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
- Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
