Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Availability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift light objects with assistance
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality is a plus
- Proven success in school or former jobs
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist efficiently
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and other equipment
- Prepare for leagues and special events
- Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- Notify mechanics promptly of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
- Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
