Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol as per state law
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
- Prepare for leagues
- Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- Notify mechanics promptly of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
- Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
