Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- good communication skills
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- ability to operate point-of-sale and related systems
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven success in school or previous job experience
- excellent telephone etiquette
- ability to provide friendly customer service
- basic understanding of cash handling procedures
Job Duties
- be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
- manage the waitlist
- track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
- prepare for leagues
- ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- promptly notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
- assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
