Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Weekend availability
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, standing for periods, and lifting objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant or hospitality experience optional
- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
- Manage the waitlist
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
- Prepare for leagues
- Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
- Notify mechanics promptly of any pinspotter or pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
- Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
- Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P.A. system
