Job Duties
- greet all guests upon entry and exit with a warm welcome and thank you for coming
- allow only ticketed fans into the game by scanning each ticket and confirming the proper game date
- ensure no unauthorized individuals gain admittance
- check fans and their bags and purses for prohibited items such as outside food or beverage, weapons, lawn chairs, coolers, or pets
- keep the lines of fans moving efficiently into the park
- resolve ticket issues as they arise
- assist with promotional item distribution
- never leave your gate unattended
- provide great customer service for the fan experience
- perform other duties as assigned
