Job Duties
- Greet all guests upon entry and exit with a warm welcome and thank you for coming see you soon or next game
- Allow only ticketed fans into the game by scanning each ticket and confirming that it is for the proper game date
- Ensure no one gains admittance that is not authorized
- Check fans and their bags and purses for prohibited items such as outside food or beverages weapons lawn chairs coolers or pets
- Keep the lines of fans moving efficiently into the park
- Resolve ticket issues as they arise
- Assist with promotional item distribution
- Never leave your gate unattended
- Provide great customer service for the fan experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
