Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- able to work days, nights and or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable personality
- basic knowledge of English communication
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and nights
- team player attitude
- ability to stand and move for long periods
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert manager if needed
- provide friendly welcoming experience
- greet, guide and direct guests entering the building
- maintain understanding of promotions and power card offerings
- assist guests with self-serve kiosks and social bay reservations
- support host team as needed
- ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby and front doors
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team
- communicate effectively to create enthusiasm about the d&b experience
- read and communicate clearly in English
- follow dress code and professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
