Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver license
- Reliable car transportation
- Can work many hours on feet and can work at irregular hours
- Punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and understanding
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Food & Beverage or Retail work experience
Job Duties
- Providing and delivering exceptional member/guest services
- Running of the 1st Tee and ensuring tee times run in a timely manner
- Greeting of guests and conveying club policies/information about the course
- Assist in the club storage, and cart fleet duties when necessary
- Setting up the Driving Range and monitoring golf ball levels
- Ensuring club storage and all outside courtyard areas are clean
- Occasional "Marshal" trips around the golf course
- Informs golfers of rules and regulations pertaining to the golf course, enforces rules and, if necessary, removes golfers from the course for flagrant violations of course rules, golf etiquette or safety
- Checks daily play tickets, provides direction and assistance to golfers and ensures the smooth flow of play on the course
- Provides timely updates and communications regarding pace of play, status of tee times, course conditions and other pertinent information to the Golf Pro Shop
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
