Job Duties
- Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Models brand standards for customer service by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional image
- Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return
- Checks in all vendor representatives, managing visitor log and badges
- Remains aware of store special events and informs customers while distributing promotional materials
- Ensures entryway and surrounding work area are clean, tidy and safe
- Assists in customer check-in of firearms by notifying designated personnel
- Performs all other duties as assigned
