Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom or service center with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Provide directions or assistance to customers who are unsure of where to go or who they need to speak to
- Engage customers in conversation and make them feel valued and appreciated
- Answer basic inquiries from customers about dealership services, hours of operation, and available amenities
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member for assistance with sales, service, or other needs
- Provide information about current promotions, specials, or events happening at the dealership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable waiting area for customers
- Offer refreshments and reading materials to customers while they wait for their appointments or service
- Monitor the waiting area to ensure that customers are attended to promptly and that their needs are met
- Build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns or feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department or manager for resolution
- Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
- Assist with planning and coordinating special events or promotions hosted by the dealership
- Greet guests, provide directions, and offer assistance during events to ensure a positive experience for all attendees
- Help set up and clean up event spaces as needed
