Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Meets Ring Up Program Requirements
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Provide guests with information about the venue's attractions, events, and services
- Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow
- Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
