Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner upon entry
- Actively promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model brand standards by presenting a professional image with dress code compliance and positive body language
- Check in customer merchandise for returns
- Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs and badges
- Inform customers about special events, sales, and promotions and distribute promotional materials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of entryway and surrounding work area
- Assist with customer firearm check-in by notifying appropriate trained personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned
