Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously by phone or in person
- Connect customers to the appropriate dealership team members
- Assist customers promptly with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage telephone switchboards and handle customer calls
- Enter basic demographic information into the sales control system
- Support sales and service teams during events and busy periods
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor as the first impression of the dealership
