Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Utilize Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system to manage guest check-ins
- Seat guests efficiently to maximize table turnover and reduce wait times
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant and menu
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working collaboratively with team members
- Stand for extended periods while managing the host station
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
